Surprisingly beautiful location

This apartment complex is built in a pretty unique place: directly next to the (very convenient) intersection of 696/Telegraph/Lodge, the site has a secret bit of nature running down the middle of it, thanks to the Rouge River, that is really great for walking the dog and admiring the trees.

Great team, fast response

I had a few problems in the apartment (A/C, garbage disposal and exhaust fan) so I submitted the work orders and expected to wait until...whenever...for a reply. Instead, I got a call back within a half hour and a service person by 1:00 pm. By 3:00 pm, the exhaust was repaired and both the A/C unit and garbage disposal were replaced. Quick reply, friendly service. Thanks guys!

Amazing to live!!

Loved living here!!! First off the staff are beyond incredible!!! You never have to ask twice to get things taken care of!! Location is perfect!! And overall experience living here was truly wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Amazing Living

I've lived at Franklin River for several years and I can say I love the staff we have in the office now. They're doing an amazing job. Our property is looking beautiful thank you Juanita. I believe another year is possible.

A Decent Apartment in Community

PROS Friendly Staff- Nicely maintained Leasing office No Noise- Regular Cleaning- Nice location .5 mile distance to any basic necessities Shops. Near to Entertainment-AMC Friendly Neighbors Package Notification CONS Takes more time for maintenance request

First of all, not only did we love the apartment itself; it's very homey feeling, the layout is perfect, space- is no issue because there's plenty! We have the 2 bedroom; 2 bath- & when comparing them to other apartments around here or in the area. Just moved in but so far we like it. Staff here is awesome. The view is the best. It's what sold us on this property. Overlooking a nature preserve area and the super convenient location. It shaves 20 minutes off my drive to work each way. Lots around in the area for eating.
