Best apartments i ever been. Lived here for more than a year without any inconvenience and the maintenance team is too quick and doesn't charge you for their work where as others finds a way to snatch your money. I loved this and I hope I will back here in future and recommend everyone who wants peace

As a new resident of Southfield, I had a hard time finding a place that met my needs. Erez helped us greatly in the process and appreciate the positive vibes he brings to the office! Everyone was kind and professional. I love the club house and the gym there. Maintenance team are wonderful and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Management is nice & address concerns promptly and in a professional manner. Office staff is also nice. Maintenance is mostly prompt. Apartment is close to a few major freeways and close to shops and stores and several neighboring cities

Franklin River is a great place to live and the staff is awesome. They are very helpful with any issues and answer maintenance requests quickly. Everyone I have met here at Franklin River have been very kind and respectful.

My experience with the team and staff at Franklin River Apt was warm felt and professional. Katie was very nice in move in process, probably if I didn't come across her professionalism, I would have went somewhere else. Actually I went to other apartments in the area, and they could care less if you were breathing. My apartment is Gorgeous, I stated a few concerns to Katie and she did the work order immediately.
